1 General Provisions

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with anyone else is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify customer support immediately.

You are fully responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account, unless you notify viptaka 23 of unauthorized access within the required timeframe. If your password is lost or forgotten, it can be recovered via your registered mobile number.

Transferring, selling, or renting account ownership is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at viptaka 23 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, funds can be sent from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods used for deposits are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 General Payment Terms

• The name and ownership of the payment method must match the account holder's name.
• Using a third-party payment method is prohibited.
• Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

viptaka 23 offers weekly reload rewards, slots festival bonuses, cricket season deposit bonuses, birthday special gifts, and a refer-a-friend reward. Each promotion has its own wagering terms, minimum deposit, and eligibility criteria.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are never paid out as direct cash; they must be completed through wagering by playing games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Accounts may be closed in cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claims.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets are considered final only after they have been confirmed in the viptaka 23 system. viptaka 23 reserves the right to cancel any bet that was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

For cricket, football, tennis, and other sports, bets can be placed both before a match starts and in-play. If odds change, bets will be accepted at the updated odds. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the related bets will be considered void.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair outcomes. Live casino games are operated through Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other reputable providers.

6.4 Bet Cancellation Situations

• If a technical error occurs in the system
• If odds are displayed incorrectly and a bet is accepted
• If an event is not completed within the scheduled time
• If evidence of match-fixing or fraud is found

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at viptaka 23. If any such behaviour is detected, the account may be closed immediately and all funds forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using low-risk strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements (bonus hunting)
• Operating an account in another person's name or identity
• Providing fraudulent or false information
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Misconduct or harassment towards viptaka 23 staff
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
